Dropbox Customer Service - Non-existence? Issue with installing the app on Windows 11

It appears that dropbox has completely eliminated 100% of all employees involved in customer service. Is this correct? If no, does anyone know how to contact them? The 'contact support' links on their website are a deceptive trick which just sends you into a loop of searching self-help articles that don't cover anything pertinent to my issues. No chat, no phone number, no email listed anywhere that I can see. Maybe it's hidden so they can avoid communicating with their customers? The issue is I cannot install a usable version of dropbox desktop on my new windows 11 device. The existing preinstalled version doesn't allow logging on without purchasing a new plan. The help pages dropbox 'support' has supplied to supposedly help with uninstalling preinstalled versions do not work(and don't correspond with what this end user encounters).

    No, that's not correct.

The support options available to you can be found on the Support page. If you have a Basic (i.e. free) account, then you're limited to the various self-help options that are available, including the chat bot, help center articles or asking questions on the Community.

If you're on a paid plan, then there are other options available to you, also dependent on your account level, such as live chat, email support (via help desk tickets) or, in the case of Business accounts, phone support through a callback system.

Have you downloaded the installer from the Dropbox website?

What preinstalled version? What kind of device is it; desktop, laptop, tablet, and what kind of processor? Is it the Desktop application, which can be removed from Programs and Features in Control panel, or is it the Microsoft Store version?

There is no Dropbox application that requires the purchase of a paid plan. Do you have any screenshots showing this so we can better understand what you're seeing?

We'll need to know more about the type of device and which app it actually is before we'll know how best to help.
