Dropbox freezes both on Mac and Windows

my drop box gets stuck and freeze in windows and mac both. by this name my account register [removed per Community Guidelines].it gets freeze. try to find out the specific reason and solution.

    Just to clarify, is syncing stuck on both your computers, or are you trying to navigate through your Dropbox files, and your File Explorer/Finder freezes instead?

     

    Feel free to send me any screenshots you believe may help, and we’ll check this together. 

     

    Also, I'd like to know the OS versions of your computers, as well as the app versions of the Dropbox app you’ve installed on them.

      Hey Nancy, Thank for your support. The issue is switching between the files, I have folder of PDF document through which I have to switching from one pdf to other pdf document when I try to close the pdf the dropbox website consumes my ram memory and make the page unresponsive now here I'm left with only  2 options I have to wait or exit the page

        Is it safe to say that you're using our website in order to do that? 

         

        Does this happen only with that specific folder or other ones too?
