Dropbox Icon Problems with Windows Scaling
As a result of vision problems, I rescaled my Windows 11 Display. My dropbox account ran into syncing problems resulting in my uninstalling and reinstalling Dropbox. When I attempted to accesss my "Preferences" in my PC App, there was no icon. I contacted the support team and received little help. I finally figured out that because of rescaling. the icon was not showing.
Two suggestions:
1.The software should be made to accomadate a standard Windows function.
2. The support team be made to question whether this is a possible cause of this problem.
