Dropbox PC app always close and disappear on system tray

Lastest version on Windows10!
My dropbox app always close themselve and can't open app; but task manager still show "Dropbox Service" and icon on system tray doesn't show.
I uninstall and re install million times. It's not work. Somebody please help me

    Hey arsd, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Can you please let us know if you're running any antivirus, firewall or even a VPN/proxy on your computer?

     

    If you do, you can try temporarily disabling them and perform a clean, advanced reinstall as outlined here.

     

    You can also try updating your computer's OS, if there are any pending updates that is.

      Thank you mister Walter White; but it's also same problem.

      1. I'd disable Avast free antivirus
      2. Uninstall Dropbox in advance method
      3. Update windows to lastest version
      4. Install dropbox pc again

      for 5 minute dropbox on icon tray disappear 😅

        Hey arsd! Hope it's alright to jump in here. 

         

        Can you let me know how many files your desktop app is syncing, in general? Is it possible they're more than 300k?
