DropBox software version problem, macos cannot display the folder synchronization status icon
Hello engineer:
I am a macos user, and the machine configuration and os system are the latest version.
I've been having a problem with DropBox on my computer, never showing the folder sync status icon. This caused a lot of trouble for my use.
I tried to reinstall the whole system again today, only one application, DropBox, was installed, but there is still no sync status icon.
When I inadvertently opened the DropBox app settings, under the Sync tab it said: DropBox for macOS using file providers. See the screenshot for details.
I feel that this is the problem. If it is the problem with the version of my installer, please tell me how to get the version that can have the synchronization status icon. Thank you very much!

Hi shenfeiyu, thanks for posting here!
If you hover your mouse, over the little Dropbox icon on your menu bar, next to your WiFi, does it say the app is up to date?
And if you haven't already, can you also restart your computer to see if that helps?
