I quit dropbox, rebooted, unistalled, tried to reinstall and app cant find the internet now. so no i'm trying to use the dropbox.com and i can not upload any files there either. I've been a user for years on the same computer never any problems. Need Help fast!!!

since this update my dropbox app has been stuck in sync, nothing syncs. I quit and rebooted computer several times from different networks. i uninstalled and when i tried to reinstall the installer cant find the internet. I used the offline installer and again "no network found". so frustrating when i'm using the internet to send this message.
tried using the dropbox.com in the meantime, cant upload anything this route either. don't know if this is the same problem, but if you can help quickly that would be super. i am a paying customer and have been for 10 years without problem. please help!!

Hi llsamples, let's see what we can find on this!
Can you clarify the app's precise syncing status, when you hover your mouse over the little Dropbox icon,on the menu bar next to your WiFi?
You also mentioned that the app can't find the internet at the moment. Do you get any specific errors?
Feel free to send us a screenshot.
Thanks a bunch!
