Dropbox unable to detect my network

Dropbox is unable to connect to internet. Facing great inconvenience. Neither my antivirus nor my firewall are blocking Dropbox. Have installed dropbox after uninstallations, have installed using the offline installer as well. I have not reached device limit either. Still getting the same error message. Requesting you a quick remedy without which I shall be forced to delete my dropbox account and use an alternative software instead

    Hey ksaashish! Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. 

     

    Just to clarify, did you temporarily disable your antivirus/firewall, restarted your device, reinstalled Dropbox after that, and the issue persists?

     

    Also, what’s the OS version of your computer?

      Yes. Have tried the solutions you suggested in vain.

      Have not installed Google drive app yet, but found this message there, kindly go through the same. I am not sure if it's relevant. [removed per Community Guidelines]

        Can you also send me the app version of the Dropbox app that’s installed on your computer? 

         

        If you have the Dropbox app on another computer that’s also connected to the same network, can you please check if there’s an issue there, too?
