Dropox on MAC unable to start

Hi, I removed drobox from my MAC book Air M2 with MacOS Ventura 13.2.1 (22D68).

I tryed to removed all folder on Library which I could find.

I downloaded a full app new from DB website.

Installation ran good, no error.

When I launch app unfortunately the APP is popping on topbar but remain on "start-up in progress" phase for a minute and then a message error appear.

Here the text translated:

Unable to start Dropbox.
This may be a temporary error. Restart Dropbox.
For more information, click the help button.

    Hi nosense, before we continue, have you fully shut down and rebooted the Mac more than once when this issue occurred, instead of putting it into sleep mode?

    Hi, yes off course I did it and I followed before each reboot all indications I could find on the different discussions existing here on the community.
    Nothing worked out unfortunately.
