Emails to add new device never arrive my account

Hello, 

Email do not arrive anymore my Mailbox. From other accounts (differten mail provider), from other plattform (like twitter etc.) all is ok, i receave mail onmy email account, only dropbox mail do not arrive anymore. Also not in Junk-Mail. An now, there is no block list or something else. Im IT-Guy. Its just Dropbox mail do not arrive my Mail. Do yout get it ? its only dropbox... nothing else....

 

Can you check please what is wrong?

    Hi there seraphicus, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Can you please  let me know at what point of the installation you're getting re-directed to your email? Is this for a one time security code perhaps?

     

    Also, how many devices have you linked to your account? If you're on the Basic plan, you might be hitting the device limit

     

    In any case, please keep us posted!

    update : even from dropbox community i got mails to my account ! but not from code for a new device

      Hi seraphicus, what about the device limit as Walter suggested? Did you have the chance to check on that?

       

      Can you clarify how many devices are linked to your Dropbox account? Could you try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your inbox in order to see if you can receive the email when attempting to sign in again?
