Error during Install After Transferring Windows SSD to Another Laptop

Hi. This issue started to occur when I transferred my Windows SSD onto another laptop (everything works besides Dropbox). 

Edit 1: To clarify, in the old laptop Dropbox was working fine. After transferring the SSD to the new laptop, Dropbox began to error out as shown below and even after subsequent tried installs the same error occurs. 

ISSUE: When I install Dropbox, it spits out an error message that starts with "Couldn't start Dropbox": 

 

 

 

TRIED: I tried the Advanced Reinstall instructions and the issue still persists. I deleted all Dropbox AppData Folders, etc. Tried the offline and online installer and issue still persists.
