External drive partially backed up and not updating
Hello,
i am using version 195.4.4995 to backup 450GB of data on an external drive on a win10pro PC.
Backup is in stall, frozen from last week:
Already try to restart the pc, and also remove and reinstalled the app. Any suggestion, it was running very well before.

Is the Dropbox application currently running/syncing as normal on your computer?
What do you see when you hover over the Dropbox icon in your system tray and what do you see when you actually click on the icon?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

With chat help, it seems a problem of file number.
I will make a new backup, with batches < 300k files
i will let you now when finished
