Folders and Files not showing properly

Everytime our team opening a Folder, it doesn't show the Folders inside the first folder that we are trying to open, instead it shows all the files that should be on each folders. But if you click on the “x” in the search bar, it will clear the search and you just have to click on the folder again.

Hi Ody1, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you clarify exactly what you're doing when trying to open the folder?

Is this after you performed a search for a file or folder, or in general?

This will help me to assist further!

This happens after searching a folder/file.

    Thanks for your response

Are you specifically clicking the folder (written in grey) in the search result, or the file?

Here's some example everytime we search for a folder. So inside this RoundCTR folder, there's another folder, but it doesn't show that way.

So we need to click "x" on search bar, and click the RoundCTR (example) folder again.

This should be the one we're looking for.

Just to check, has this behavior changed recently on the Dropbox site for you?

If so, what was the previous behavior?

Yes, just recently, for the whole team. Usually after we search for a folder, this shows right away. Like what i've example earlier for the RoundCTR folder, these folders are inside the Roundctr folder.

    Hi Ody1,

I'd like to confirm your file and folder structure to make sure that I fully understand before we investigate further. In your screenshots, I see that you searched within your RoundCTR folder for files containing 10169. Did this search previously return all folders with files containing that search string in addition to the files themselves?

    Regards,

    Ben
