How do I remove the main Dropbox folder after uninstall?

How do I completely remove Dropbox from my computer as if it were never there? Including this highlighted folder in file explorer. I've attached a photo that shows a folder I need help deleting. I just cant right click and delete. Id like the folder on the right hand side in file explorer to be gone. Its annoying to look at especially when I dont use Drop box. I downloaded Dropbox to see what it was all about and then uninstalled quickly after. Thank you.

    Hey CypherPls, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    This seems like a reparse point, probably leftover from the app's installation. Could you reboot your computer and let us know if this persists?

     

    Also, did you install the desktop app with admin privileges on your computer in the first place?
