I can't download Dropbox on computer

When I try to download dropbox on my windows 11 pc I get message it's not associated. I upgraded drobox on iphone but when I login to computer it only shows up as free version. How do I fix this.

    Can you please send me a screenshot of the exact error you're getting when downloading the desktop app on your computer?
