I can't open Dropbox on my desktop.

I tied to open My Drop Box using the icon...it wont open.  Ive reload the app and it loads successfully, but still wont open.  Ive cleared my cache and de selected extensions . NO Love.  I can get to my files by select "request files, that wont allow me to drop & drag.  this is very frustrating r/SM2024
