I got an email to install the Dropbox app, even though I already have it.

Why am I getting an invitation to download the drop box app on my phone and desktop when I have both apps and have been paying for over a year? It is very annoying to get 2 separate emails in the same day.

    Can you upload a screenshot of the email you received, while also showing its sender? 

     

    Please make sure to mask your own email address, though.
