    If you're on a Basic (i.e. free) account then your support options are limited to the various self-help options that are available. You can use the articles in the help center, the chat bot, or you can ask questions here.

     

    Open that file and copy/paste the content into a reply here, and someone may be able to help you. Be sure to mask any private information in the log if there is any.
