I recently had problems with a PC and had to install a new hard drive which wiped all my information

I recently had problems with a PC and had to install a new hard drive which wiped all my information. When the new hard drive was installed, I was updated to Windows 11, I now want to access Dropbox from this PC, how do I do it?
