Initial Mail address not availabele
I mistakenly changed the e-mail address associated with my account after a defect in my mobile phone. However, I can't change my original email address back. When trying to do this via the account settings, the message comes up that this address is already in use and the password is incorrect. How can I change my email address anyway?

The already in use message means there's already another Dropbox account using that email address, and two accounts can't have the same email.
Sign in to the other account, reset your password if needed, and either change the email address or delete the account if it's not needed. That will free up the email to be used on your other account.

If I change the email address, is there a risk that I will lose access to the saved passwords?- Rich

If I change the email address, is there a risk that I will lose access to the saved passwords? You'd have to ask KeePass though I doubt it would be an issue. If they're using the Dropbox API to link to your Dropbox account, the email address associated with your account shouldn't matter.
