Internal Server Error trying to connect Dropbox and Ubuntu
Hi, I'm trying to connect my Dropbox account to my Ubuntu Virtual Machine in GCP, I installed last version of Dropbox in mi VM, when I start the app, it sends a link to validate my computer, but i get this error message "Internal Server Error" when i put my email and my password.
Is anything that i am missing? The account is right because i can sign in outside of this link. I'm trying to export file from these VM and get it directly fromn the dropbox of my computes.
Thanks

Dropbox Staff
Hi there DavidYoung99, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Have you ensured that your device is meeting the minimum requirements as outlined here?
Also note that for Dropbox to work correctly, it needs to be installed in an Operating System (OS) that is not part of a Shared Session.
If installing into a virtual environment, it would need to be installed into a user account that is part of this virtual desktop or virtual machine and only accessed by that user account. The Dropbox folder should also be located on the same mounted drive that is running the virtual machine or virtual desktop.
Please be aware that if you install Dropbox on a virtual machine or virtual desktop that are non-persistent, such that they are reset on a schedule or after logging off, Dropbox may be logged out and need to resync everytime this occurs.
I hope this information helps to some extent and please keep me posted!
