Linking another email to Quickbooks (Chronobooks app)
Hi,
I linked my Quickbooks account to save back ups to Dropbox using one email, and now I can't figure out how to change the email. I have tried disconnecting the link between the Chronobooks app to the Quickbooks account, but when I reconnected, it didn't give me the option to change the email. No where on Quickbooks online does it allow me to change the email. Does anyone know if it's possible to change the email to link from QB and DB?

This sounds like something you should be asking Intuit Support as it's their application and they control the linking process.

You would think so. I was on the phone for an hour with them and they were stumped. I'll try again, and maybe it's about catching the right person who can figure it out.

From what I've been told, Intuit has stopped development of the Chronobooks app so it doesn't surprise me that you're having a hard time getting support.
We're still support and updating our backup app, Rewind, which is an alternative to Chronobooks for QBO. If you're interested in trying it you can find it in the QBO App Store.
