Lost my Dropbox folder after reinstalling macOS

HELP

I had to reinstall Mac OS and everything is gone on my laptop. Before I had a local file on the laptop that said Dropbox, which had everything I had on in the Dropbox cloud --- how do I get that back onto my laptop.

I’m really sorry to hear for your loss, Daniel. Let’s have a look together.

To clarify, can you see your Dropbox files here, or have they disappeared from the Dropbox website, as well?

Finally, have you been in touch with our support team about this? If yes, please send me your ticket number.
