Thanks Andrea - I have tried but in Security & Privacy/Privacy there is no Dropbox listed..

I think it better to go first on File and Folders and select here all Dropbox items.
After this you could find Dropbox folder on Full Disk Access.
Please try it!

Unlike Full Disk Access, File and Folders is greyed out on Monterey/Big Sur, even after your enter your password.
Anyway Dropbox is both marked as ticked with full access on both Full Disk Access and Files and Folders, and Dropbox still won't open - so it's irrelevant.
Dropbox teams keep ignoring us. I don't think it's sustainable. A lot more people will complain as they migrate to Monterey.

Thank you - my computer assistant did this for me and it worked - I didn't have the confidence to go that extra step. All working now 🙂
