- Oshioyi3 years agoExplorer | Level 3Hi. I don't know if the update is done. This is the loop.
Notification to update. Click update. Dropbox quits. Dropbox loads. Have to relogin again. 2FA entered. Dropbox icon in tray has notification icon. Same message is there. Repeat.
So I don't know if the update is done successfully. - Emmet3 years ago

Hi
Can I ask what version of Mac OS you are running
I have been having problems with Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1
My iMac at home which is a fair bit older, has no problems it is the MacBook Pro 15" 2019 that is having the problems
Thanks
Les

Same issue here on a brand new Mac Studio. "Dropbox for macOS on File Provider is now ready." Currently at v177.4.5399. I've run through the process a few times and upon starting Dropbox, it tells me again that I should update.
