Missing Context Menus on Windows 11 - No option to make available offline,.

The dropbox options have disappeared from the context menu when I right click on dropbox folders. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and I have run the program to install regkeys for dropbox context menus.  What do I do next?

    Is the Dropbox desktop application currently running in the system tray and is the syncing unpaused?

      We have multiple users in our organization that have this issue. Dropbox is running. We have tested various builds of Dropbox desktop app going back to 179.4.4985 and the context menu is missing options. Can you provide some direction to fix this or should we just migrate our data to OneDrive?
