My desktop app is stuck on starting on Mac OS 14.4.2. I reinstalled it (using AppZapper)

My dropbox is stuck on starting. I reinstalled it (using AppZapper) installed version 195.4.4995 with Mac OS 14.4.2, with no avail. I've seen the earlier suggestion for reinstall, but they don't help
