New account won't load on Windows 11. It signs me into my old account.
I have a new dropbox account which I'm trying to set-up on my laptop but everytime I try to install it, it defaults to my existing (older account)... I've signed in online to the new account when trying to run the install process and it defaults back to my other one.
How do i fix this?

Hi there, @oliverobyn, welcome to our Community!
What happens if you try to sign out of the app, and then try to sign into the new account? Do you still notice the same behavior then?
Give it a go, and let me know of the results!

Hi Megan,
I deleted/uninstalled dropbox on my laptop and removed the app. Signed into the new account online, went through the install process after downloading the installer again and the old account opens in the windows explorer and not the new one.

Did you sign out from the old account before uninstalling the app from your computer @oliverobyn?

hmmm good question.. i'm not sure. I've now going through the dropbox website and asked it to forget/remove all my previous sign-ins.. so I'll try again tonight and see what happens.
