ONE of MY windows computers is not syncing to dropbox

Hello,

One of my desk top computers is not syncing any files to the dropbox account. It shows the computer on the account, but the desktop folder is not there anymore.  When I look at the files none are showing the sync icon.

any ideas?

Hi BMS_Erik, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Is the Dropbox desktop application currently running and syncing on that machine?

What OS and Dropbox app version are they on?

This will help me to assist further!

      Jay,

      195.4.4995

      Windows 11

Basically I have 4 computers connected to my Dropbox. Computers 1,2,3 communicate as they should. Computer 4 is not syncing nor is the desktop is showing up to allow computers 1,2,3 to view the desktop contents. I did a chat with Dropbox and they had me delete the backup on computer 4, but that did not solve the issue.  Just last week I had no issues. This issue started yesterday.

Hey BMS_Erik - sorry to jump in here, but could you try the latest version of the app from this page and let us know how it goes?
