Online only option not there anymore.
H All.
I have a problem, i am running out of hard drive space. I am logged into 2 iMacs one at work, the other at my home office.
Ive put a lots of folders into my Dropbox folder. these have or are currently syncing.
the problem is that all the synced files have the green circle white tick. (OFFLINE) so i try to make them online only. (like i do on the office mac). BUT i do not have a online only option on my right click. i have all the others but not the online only option. please see screen shot
i am right clicking on a green file
the work one is fine, i just do not have the option at home.
i am using at home office.
the dropbox app is 163.4.5456
these are the sync setting in admin console, setting, sync
Please what am i doing wrong.

Hey there, WJD7877671, welcome to our Community!
If you access your app's preferences, and check under your Account tab, what do you see there? Also, what do you see when you visit your Sync tab?
Could you send me a couple of screenshots of both tabs, please?
Keep me posted!

Hi Megan.
thank you for coming back to me. this is what i have on the 2 options you asked me for.
I am currently on a trial of business advance 3 users. i thought that being business it would be a faster upload speed. i have an upload spped on my internet of 50 mb per sec.
on the sync screen i do not have the dropdown menu that i read about.
Any help it's very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance and I hope you enjoy the holiday season

Hi WJD7877671, don't even mention it, my pleasure!
Also, thank you for the screenshots. I don't see the system extension anywhere, which makes me believe that it might not be enabled for your account.
Can you try to follow these steps, and let me know how this turns out?
