Full support for macOS 12.5 and higher has started rolling out, as you already know.
Now, based on what you mentioned, can you try to join our private beta, and turn on early releases, to see if you'll receive the notification again?
You can also keep up to date with what is supported on macOS 12.3 and higher here.
