Passwords 2FA Not Showing on Android

Anyone else having this issue? My passwords and notes are syncing between my desktop, laptop and Android. But my 2FA codes are only showing up on my desktop and laptop.

Hi keithsturgill, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Just for clarification, are these 2FA codes for specific sites?

What version of the Dropbox Passwords app do you have installed on your mobile device?

This will help me to assist further!

It's every site I have 2FA set up for. They show the password but not showing the security code for 2FA on my phone. I'm using the latest version of Dropbox Passwords on Android 13, it's 278.9.

They show up on my laptop and desktop browser extensions.

Did you previously receive the 2FA codes on the mobile app? Did this occur after an app or OS update?

They never showed up. I started using Dropbox Passwords last week. When I update my passwords on the desktop or laptop they show up on the Android app, but the security code isn't there.

When I add or edit a password on the mobile app there isn't even a section to enter the security key for 2FA.

Thanks for the info, I'd recommend contacting the support team to investigate this matter in more detail.
