Question about Dropbox for macOS on File Provider, work with multiple OS versions?
Hi all,
I was interested in upgrading to the new Dropbox for macOS on File Provider, but reading up on it seems like it will work only for OS 12.5 or later. My issue is that I have a MacBook Air which is most recent OS, but an older Desktop Mac still running on Catalina (10.15). Does anyone know if I will have issues with syncing if only my MacBook Air gets this upgrade and I keep the Desktop Mac just using the current version of Dropbox without File Provider, etc?
Thanks!

Hi rpk1430, thanks for messaging the Community!
The Dropbox desktop application will work on different Mac OS versions, even if one is on File Provider or the older version, and they will sync like normal to the site and thus to each other.
The only requirement for the app to work is that the OS version is supported on this page.
