Red warning 1 in the system tray icon in macOS.
I have a red dot with a number 1 on my Dropbox icon. I have no pending notifications. I use the application to sync one file with only works with Dropbox.
I've deleted and reinstalled the application.
I have no idea why the icon is there.
Any one have any ideas?
I am using a Mac Book Pro Sonoma.

Hey garicketts, welcome to our Community!
Could you please confirm the version of the Dropbox desktop app you're running on your computer?
You can do this by hovering your mouse over the Dropbox icon in the menu bar.
If I were you, I'd double-check that all of my app notifications have been checked.
Also, do you see the app's status stating "up to date," "syncing," or "indexing"?
Keep me posted!
