Remove Samsung offer from Desktop app

Hi there,

I have the advertisement about the 48Gb Samsung offer since 8 years showing in the desktop app.

How can I remove this? I just can't see it anymore!

    Hey there, Joel_A, thanks for posting here! 

     

    It sounds like you might be having an active promotion, that might be expiring soon, or that has expired already; is that correct? 

     

    Also, how does your quota look-like at the moment? You should be able to find out more about this, when looking at your plan page here

    Hi Megan,

     

    yes this is an old promotion from 2016 that was with Samsung but I cannot remove that advertisement.

     

    My quota is really low, 119,2 Mb sur 5,25 Gb.

     

    Is there a way to remove that message?

    Hi Joel_A, what happens if you click on the link at the bottom of the yellow message? Does the message go away?

    When I click on the link I land on this page (attatched) and the message I still there.

    Hey Joel_A, there's currently an issue that's causing the 500 error message that you're seeing.

     

    Can you please keep an eye on our status page to see when the issue is resolved, in order to try clicking on the link in the notification again, to let us know what you see?

    Hi Hannah,

    when I click on the link, I land on the page to select a subscription and the message is still in the Desktop app.
