UNABLE TO UNISTALL DROPBOX OLD VERSION AND REINSTALL NEW VERSION
Hi there,
I had downloaded an old dropbox version for my Mac (13.6.3 (22G436)). Dropbox confirmed a new version is available, but I am unable to uninstall the old version and install the new one. Do you have any step by step guide or video tutorial I can follow?
As with the old version, my updated files that I work on are not visible to the rest of the team using dropbox.
Please urgent help,
B

Hey Blan, thanks for reaching out to us.
To install the newest version of the Dropbox application, you don't have to uninstall the previous one.
You can simply run the Dropbox installer, which you can find and download here.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi Hannah,
Thank you. I did as per confirmed, however, I got two pop up windows : dropbox copy is damaged and can't be opened you should movie to the bin. I clicked on move it to the bin and had a second pop up window that said: dropbox folder missing.
Can you please provide more feedback?
Without a synced dropbox I am unable to work within my team.
Thank you,
Blanca

Would you mind sending us a screenshot of those errors, Bianca?
Thanks!
