Which version of the app do I use?
My Mac says I'm running this version. Is it the latest stable version and also considered "Dropbox for macOS on File Provider?"
I'm on MacOS 14.0 and my files have been moved to the new cloud based required location, so it seems that I should have upgraded to "Dropbox for macOS on File Provider," but I don't know how to confirm that.

Hey joelshark, thanks for posting here!
Yes, this is our latest stable version of the app.
Also, as part of the Dropbox for macOS on File Provider update, the Dropbox folder must be located in ~/Library/CloudStorage.
If you see your Dropbox folder there, that'd be the confirmation you need.
I hope this helps!

Thanks!
For those who didn't grow up with Unix family commands:
I opened a Mac Terminal window and typed: cd ~/Library/CloudStorage
This put my terminal window into that directory (folder). I then typed: ls
This listed the files in that folder, and Dropbox was there.
Thanks for the response!
