Hi ryan l.5, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify what issues you're experiencing on the Pixel 7 when using the Dropbox Passwords app?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

the phone is brand new from google, Pixel 7, app worked fine on Pixel 6a, I have uninstalled dropbox and passwords app, then restarted my phone then re-installed, i have cleared the cache and then done it again, I have tried uninstalling then powering off the phone then re-installing, i have treid uninstalling then re-installing while the phone is left on. If there is some sequence of clearing the cache uninstalling and reinstalling that you would recommend I would try it, I think I tried every possible way. all my passwords are 16 digit randomly generated and I have to type them in to my phone using the passwords app on my desktop and it certainly made setting up a new phone take hours longer than with the app working. I send the feedback daily, "make this work on a pixel 7" you should have plenty of reports with the included system info box checked, I just sent you a couple more to look at.

Hi ryan l.5, I checked with our team, and it seems that we are currently troubleshooting a few Pixel 7 functions.
I'll come back with more updates in regards to this soon. Thanks!

Hi Megan,
Any news on DB Passwords compatibility with Pixel 7a.
Can´t make it work.
In my previous phone (it had a fingerprint reader on the back) the app only opened when I cleared it with fingerprint. In Pixel 7a it doesn't try to read the fingerprint, so it simply doesn't work.
Thanks.

Hey paulocolaco, sorry to hear about this.
Have you tried uninstalling the app, restarting your device and reinstalling it, to see if that helps?

Hi Hannah
Did it, it's working (I admit I feel somewhat dumb). Fingerprint reader now shows (can you believe I had never seen it before, never showed in my previous phone) and I can unlock the app.
Thanks.
Paulo
