Re: Zoom to Dropbox integration not working

Back In February 2024 Dropbox canceled the integration app with Zoom . Due to community pressure it was reinstated. It has been working successfully until last night when my zoom meeting recordings were not transferred to my Dropbox. Upon an hour of my time with zoom support, I found out that Dropbox canceled the integration AGAIN with NO NOTICE to their customers. I am deeply frustrated at the lack of communication on Dropbox's side of things. This leaves me no time to find another solution as downloading and uploading are not possible due to very poor internet in a more rural community. Is anyone else having issues and frustrated like I am?

Your frustrations are totally valid nsrubio, and I would probably have similar feelings in your position. Please be aware that our team are currently working on restoring the Zoom integration, I can't provide an exact timeline but there should be an update within a few weeks. Hang in there!

nsrubio & Dell_Dropbox thank you for sharing this. I was about to report this again the other day and ran out of time. I was the one that reported this last year and with Community Support thankfully it was reinstated.
Like nsrubio this is rather frustrating. I recall your name and support from last year which was much appreciated and hence I wish to add support to this request. I recall going through the same process as you last year!
