Dropbox Integration with Zoom deprecated.
I discovered after the fact that Dropbox has decided to end its integration with Zoom. Apparently this ended on 5th February 2024. My last Zoom meeting 8 February 2024 did not upload to Dropbox automatically as usual which led me to investigate with both Zoom and Dropbox. I was just informed of the decision on Dropbox Chat. Apparently, I was supposed to have received an email but I can't find one and don't delete such things.
I was advised to report the issue/complaint here. The solution offered was download and Re-upload to Dropbox which I know will work (because I used to do that years ago) but when I have multiple Zoom Sessions in one Day and there isn't time between meetings to do this this is a lot of extra work for something that prior to this change was automatic. I wonder how many others are affected by this and are just as mystified as I am? I may have to consider other options to Dropbox though need to investigate these. Thanks.
Update 15th February 2024: Given the growing interest in this post and issues it is causing I have now put forward it's reinstatement here: https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Dropbox-ideas/Please-reinstate-integration-with-Zoom/idi-p/751519#M82875

Hi everyone,
Thanks for your feedback regarding this.
The Zoom integration within Dropbox is active and working normally for all users.
If you’re having any issues accessing your Zoom recordings or the feature, let us know and we’re happy to help.
Thank you,

Great news everyone the Zoom to Dropbox Integration is now working again. Much gratitude to Sam DBX for following through on this and for Dropbox for listening to our concerns and issues. Thank you all who supported this thread and the other thread that was Live (in the "I have an idea section" now cross-linked to this one).
I am sure this will be welcomed by all.
As mwandler recently reported you do have to Edit Settings once you have re-installed assuming it was no longer visible for you (see below):
Click on Edit Settings for Zoom and click the checkbox and that will send the recordings from Zoom to your Zoom Dropbox Folder. I have just done a quick test and it worked. JOY!
In gratitude, Philip. This is going to make my One to One's with People and Online Sessions etc etc so much easier and less time consuming to manage. - Kathryn Jones2 years agoHelpful | Level 6

Zoom is now back in the Dropbox App Center, however, we're still working on some minor adjustments.
We'll keep you informed!

I see the automation has been added back so I relinked the automation but it's still not working for me. Is anyone else having issues with the automation still? Zoom settings say the integration is on/approved. This is the email I received from Dropbox so I manually added the recording to Dropbox.
email:
A recording of your meeting is taking longer than usual to be copied.
You can still find your Zoom cloud recordings at (zoom link was here)
Check your Zoom user settings to make sure that Dropbox can copy your recordings. - Philip Wade2 years agoCollaborator | Level 10
Holly123 funnily enough I was going to add a message here earlier to say that since it was reinstated mine has worked just as has before and I've used it numerous times since. So I am grateful for this.
The email you shared above I did get a few times in the last few years (prior to the deprecation), however, the recording usually showed up some time later. Why it took longer on those occasions I can't be sure but sometimes it was when I had a particularly long Zoom Call. Might be worth checking again in few hours or leaving it overnight. I had to do that once.
Also check the posts above there from myself and mwandler as there was an extra-checkbox to tick once it was reinstated. You may have done this but if not that might be it.
