Dropbox paper to slack integration
We have the Dropbox paper slack integration, but when I try to pair a new user to it (myself), it tells me to connect paper (i.e., authorize the app). The message I get is to open:
https://www.dropbox.com/paper-slack?_tk=slack_slashcommand
When I do (logged in to both paper and slack), the next page shows a "connect" button
Pressing it redirects here: https://paper.dropbox.com/integrations/authorize/slack?inviteSlackTeam=True
Where I get a 500 error...
BTW, from what I can see in the slack app directory, authorization worked, but on the slack side, it's not aware of it. So something is broken in the integration.

HI there oferlaor_a - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you try clearing your browser's cache or using another browser and let us know if you still get the same results?
If you do, you can try disconnecting the integration from your account and re-connecting it anew.
In any case, please keep us posted!

- oferlaor_a2 years agoExplorer | Level 4Tried on multiple computers & browsers on Mac and pc. Also a colleague tired and got the same.
Were you able to authenticate in this flow yourself? - Hannah2 years ago
