Dropbox sign inconsistency
Dropbox sign is showing inconsistency in the Signature folder and the designated returned signed document folder for same file.
- Pic1 is showing the document still in progress in the designated returned signed folder. The attachment is showing missing signature
- Pic2 is showing the document has been completely siged. The attachment showing all sginatures completed.
I have tested with
- different browser
- clear cach
- refresh page
- use the safe mode
No of them able to get a different result.

Could you forward us the whole URLs you're navigating to when on the pages shown in your screenshots?
Also, are there any additional signers of the doc other than the ones shown in your 2nd screenshot?

Sometimes it might take a few minutes for the changes to appear on both pages, are you seeing the same inconsistencies today as well?
