Dropbox Sign mask for the arrangement of fields for users to apply to different PDF’s
Our firm ("BWK") creates an individual contract document in Word for each client and saves it as a PDF file. The contract document can differ in nuances per client according to the negotiations with the client. However, each contract is structured in the same way with
- the heading with the name and contact details of BWK and the client
- checkboxes for some options,
- signature bar for BWK and client
- signature bar for client for cancellation policy
- signature bar for client for power of attorney
BWK can design the contract document in such a way that the checkboxes and signature bars in each contract document are always placed at the same distance from the edge of the page.
For example, we have 40 different contract documents per month with an identical structure in Word.
It would be nice if BWK, when using HelloSign, did not have to manually arrange the fields for the client (2x checkboxes, 3x date, 3x place of signature, 3x signature) and the BWK employee (1x date, 1x place, 1x signature) for each contract document.
Instead, BWK should only need to create one DropboxSign mask for its contract documents, so that only the mask needs to be selected per contract document. And to complete the mask, only the client's name and email address need to be entered into the mask form and the BWK employee who is to sign it needs to be selected. If necessary, the order can be selected.
The suggestion for improvement is very important because it reduces the processing time from about 4 minutes to 1 minute. This should also be in Dropbox's interest.
Please create such a mask feature for your website.

No. Because then my document is just a form where I put in Dropbox fields. You can finally see in the document that this is a cobbled together form with fields put on it.
What I mean is that I create the document entirely myself and then just fill in the signature bars and checkboxes, etc. with Dropbox Sign fields by putting a Dropbox Sign template (mask) over the document. I create and customize the Dropbox Sign template (mask) for my needs. The Dropbox Sign template (mask) just needs to be developed/invented as a tool. Above I have described it.
