Error OpenID connect scopes

I'm connecting dropbox to my wordpress site but my visitors can't upload file through my website because of this error. If i click the blue text, i still don't get what i need to do. Can somebody explain me?

    Are you using an app of your own via the Dropbox API, or another app or service to connect to Dropbox?
