Let me know what they say regarding this matter. 

 

When it comes to the username, this means that you signed into a different Dropbox account on your phone to post your comment, when compared to the one on your desktop. There is a small possibility that this could be related to what you're experiencing.

Can you send me instructions as to how to change the computer sign-in and match it to the phone sign in? Thx.
