Google integration not working, opening the old editor format.
My users have connected their Google accounts but whenever they create a Google doc directly in Dropbox, it still opens in the old Google editor format. When I create a new Google doc, it is created in my google drive and has the new full Google interface. What am I missing here? The users also have third party cookies enabled which is the only thing Dropbox support said to do.

Hi fsanchez32, let's jump right into this!
As a first step, when you say your users, do you mean you're part of a Business team?
Would you mind sending me a couple of screenshots from what you see on your end, versus what they see on their end, please?
It'd help me get a clear visual of this.
I'll be waiting for your updates!

Replying with this account bc now it wouldn't recognize me for fsanchez32 lol.
As seen in these screenshots, after connecting my Google account, all create>document>google slide/doc/sheet will prompt the window to name the document first, and then it will create the document directly in my Google Drive. The files also show as .web files in Dropbox.
We have a Dropbox advanced plan.
Other users also connected their Google accounts and I even set Google integrations from default to "allow" in the admin settings portal. However, when they create>document>google doc/slide/sheet, it won't prompt the naming box and it creates a .gdoc file which opens with the Google editor.
Our issue is that the Google editor is going away March 2nd, and it's looking like no one in our organization besides me will be able to create Google docs directly form Dropbox anymore?

Hey fsanchez32, if you're a team admin, you can take a look at this article, which will give you some info and steps on how to manage the Dropbox integration with Google Drive.
I hope this helps, but let me know if you still have any questions!

Hi Hannah,
No, I've looked at that article many times, and it does not answer my question.

I see, thanks for confirming, fsanchez32.
Is it okay if we send you an email, so we can investigate this further internally?
