Help, having problems creating sending out a document for signature, keep having error
Everything has worked fine until yesterday.
When sending out a document for signature when we get to the end and send it has the following error. "Something went wrong and we weren’t able to process the signature request at the moment. Please try again."
It is a 19 page document with approximately 25 initials and 5 pages for signature. Its a .doc file and when adding places for initials and signature it converts to .pdf
Please help!

Hi oswaltlaw, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you confirm that the file meets the supported file types for the signature, namely if it's less than 40 MB in size?
This will help me to assist further!

Hello, the file size is 184kb. Thank you!

What plan are you on currently according to this page?
How many signature requests have you made this month?

We are on a business plan. When the problems started we upgraded in hopes of a fix. We have sent 20-30 so far this month.
It will allow us to send 1-5 pages with 1 or 2 signatures. However the larger ones (180kb) wont send.
I've tested it and tried to send it with no signatures and it would not send either.
Is there a limit as to how many initials and signatures? We have aprox 27 initials and 5 signature.

I just did another test, sent it with only a couple initials and it went through. I then tried to send again with all areas 27 initials and 5 signatures and it would not send and has the error message.
