Smallpdf app is connected to Dropbox, but I can't open files through it.
A bit of assistance please...I've not found answers in help files and I'm at a stopping point.
Issue: Smallpdf is not found in Dropbox menu after connecting.
Background: The instructions state, "Open files w/smallpdf by selecting it from the Open Menu in Dropbox". Smallpdf does not display within the menu of Dropbox.
>>Is there another step that needs to be done or something overlooked?
Browser: Google Chrome

Hey dlauren, if you're online can you try to log in to dropbox.com, then hover over the name of the file you'd like to open and click "..." (ellipsis).
Once you do that, hover over Open and check if the Smallpdf is shown as an option there.
If you're using our app, open the Dropbox folder in File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac). Right-click the name of the file you’d like to open and click Open with….
Click the third-party app you’d like to open the file with, then click OK. If you don't see the option there, could you send me a screenshot, in order for me to have a visual, please?

Hi dlauren, I'd be more than happy to investigate with you here!
As a first step, let's make sure and double-check that Smallpdf is indeed connected to your Dropbox account.
If you visit your connected apps online, do you see Smallpdf listed there? Provided that you see the third-party app connected there, would you mind temporarily disconnecting it and then connecting the two again?
If not, can you use this page in order to connect it to your account?
Let me know how it goes!

Yes, Smallpdf was connected. Disconnected and reconnected it. App is still not visible within Dropbox. [My expectation is that I'll see the smallpdf icon somewhere within Dropbox and be able to either open it or open a file and then open smallpdf. Currently neither are possible]Also, I've cleared Chrome Cache and soft-booted my Macbook (Sequoia 15.1.1)
