Hey tomtom5 - sorry to hear about this.
May I ask what plan you're on at the moment?
Also, could you clarify if you're upgrading through the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device perhaps?
If it's the former, can you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser and let us know if you still get the same error?
Thanks!

I am trying to update my billing information to a new card before the annual plan renews. When I click on my account settings there is no billing or subscription info and I get an error page.
How do I update the information so I don't lose all my files at the end of the month?
Thanks!

I have attempted to upgrade on multiple browsers with the same Error 500 message. Been trying for 4 hours.

Hello,
I have been trying for DAYS to upgrade to the Plus plan. At first, I was receiving an error message on the dashboard screen in a red shaded box. Now, I am getting an Error 500 message on a new screen.
I have some time sensitive downloads that I am depending on having access to, so a speedy resolution is needed.
I have attempted to upgrade using several web browsers.

That is usually a localised error.
Have you tried clearing cache and temp internet files etc.?
