account hasn't been upgraded after payment

Hi there,

Yesterday I bought an upgrade to 2T but the upgrade still hasn't been effectuated. How long does that usually last?

    Do you have any other Dropbox accounts (under a different email address) that may have been upgraded instead? 

     

    Was the Dropbox account upgraded via www.dropbox.com or the App Store/Play Store?

      It was upgraded through dropbox.com. As far as I can figure I have one account with one emailaddress.

        Hey iebele, if you look up the payment here, does it bring up the account you're currently logged into, which is still a free account?

         

        If so, can we send you an email, so we can look into this internally?

      I checked my other emailadress but the upgrade doesn't show there either.
