Account with no access still getting charged - no way to cancel
I set up a Dropbox account for an old job with that job email. I no longer have access as have left the job. I still get charged £9.99 every month. I have no way of cancelling or requesting a refund. What can I do? Thank you.

Thanks for posting about this on our forum, WKC2022!
Can you clarify how you upgraded that Dropbox account initially? Was it via www.dropbox.com, or iTunes/Google Play instead?
Do you happen to remember the password of your Dropbox account perhaps? Even with no access to its linked email address, you may still be able to access it this way and see if you can cancel the auto-renewal at least.
Let me know, and we'll take it from there.

I’ve tried where you put the charge amount and card details to request refund/cancellation but I did that last month and they didn’t cancel or refund and have just charged again. Very grateful for the help 🙂- WKC2022Explorer | Level 3I also know the password but it keeps asking for two-factor authentication (I do not have access to the work email anymore)
